British Telecom
In 2008 British Telecom and CISCO hired us to blog on BTTradespace, and
on BT Broadband Office to promote the social network. We have worked
with BT on a couple of previous occasions too, Insight magazine and
when it owned Insightexec (Mycustomer).
Microsoft
Between 2007 and 2008 we provided content for Microsoft’s small
business, medium-sized and enterprise business websites: e.g. ghosted Ask the Experts articles, articles for its NHS website, copy about hosting, Microsoft Office 2007, and more besides.
Milner Curtis (MC2)
With the downturn biting the topic of restraint, holding on to both
your staff and customers, and about asking staff questions about how
the organisation and customer fulfilment strategies can be improved,
led us to gain up to 13 commissions in magazines like Call Centre Focus, CustomerFIrst, and Legal Marketing.

Testimonials
“Graham
has interviewed me personally on a number of occasions; relating to the
work undertaken and completed for Microsoft and the articles written
for his other clients. I therefore can assure you he has performed to
my complete satisfaction. I would like to commend his writing style,
his interviewing skills, his own and his company’s professionalism and
the quality of service they provide (including the ability to meet
deadlines and write content according to our own specifications and
needs).”
Jason Nash, Senior Product Solutions Marketing Manager, Microsoft UK.
“I
can confirm that Graham has worked with me on interviews and editorial
work on Microsoft UK’s small, medium and enterprise business, Software
Plus Service (hosting) work streams between 2007 and 2008. My
experience with his work and engagements has always been positive and I
wouldn’t hesitate to use him or his colleagues at Media-Insert
Communications again. ”
Gavin Gee | Partner Strategy, Microsoft Online BG
Media-Insert’s P.R. Campaign for NEON Enterprise Software
Account Director: Graham Jarvis
"Once commissioned, Media-Insert quickly engaged with NEON to more
closely define a PR plan for
the European operations targeted on mainframe decision makers,
including technology and business
management. Within days a series of journalist interviews and analyst
briefings were arranged with
NEON Chairman & CEO Lacy H. Edwards, resulting in supportive
articles in the Financial Times,
Information Age, TechWorld, Computerweekly, CIO.co.uk, eWeek Europe and
more. Translations
and adapted articles appeared in Germany, France, Spain and even Asia. "
